Karen Robinson is the Deputy City Controller for Pre-Audit, overseeing the Expenditure & Receipt Control Unit, the Contract Audit Unit and the Project Engineering Unit. Karen is a long standing dedicated public servant with more than 25 years of accounting, auditing and management experience, including nearly 7 years with the City Controller’s Office, she prides herself in saving tax payers’ resources and preventing inappropriate and unauthorized payments from the City treasury.

Most recently, Karen served as the Accounting Administrator for the City Controller’s Office and the Fiscal Officer & Budget Officer for the Streets Department. Karen is a graduate of LaSalle University with a degree in accounting.
